Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@kitchenreadypro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need a replacement, please contact us immediately at info@kitchenreadypro.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement at no extra cost.
