This insert range hood can be remote control, with the remote control infrared transmitting up to about 9.84 ft. away. We also control the built-in range hood by gesture sensing and touching the digital panel. It has 4 fan speeds, whether remote control, gesture control or touch control to adjust the speed of the fan. The power cord is 53 in. long and is connected to the power supply through a 110-Volt to 120-Volt 3-prong plug. This range hood itself is equipped with a charcoal filter that switches from ducted to ductless mode. The Baffle filter is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned safely in the dishwasher.
