The prefabricated seats are slightly sloped on the seat surface so water will run off. The seat’s cement based surface can be tiled right away and all quality tile adhesives work great with wedi product. The wedi seat is inherently waterproof due to it’s extruded polystyrene closed cell foam core and the installation does not compromise waterproofed walls thanks to its hidden mounting brackets and fastening method.
